Nancy Magee NREMT, EMSI, CIC has been active in EMS for 26 years as a volunteer EMT, career AEMT, AHA and EMS instructor, Field Training Supervisor, and as Director of Marketing and Client Relations for an EMS Management Service Organization. She has also been a self-employed business owner and consultant for 35 years, combining marketing savvy and management perspective with a volunteer’s heart. Nancy is often sought out as a subject matter expert on volunteer EMS, and her workshop series “Redesigning Volunteer EMS-A Volunteer Survival Guide,” has been presented nationwide and is aimed at helping volunteer EMS agencies overcome fiscal, leadership, and recruitment and retention challenges.

She is the author of ‘REDESIGNING VOLUNTEER EMS’ featured on EMS1.com, and host of the weekly “Redesigning Volunteer EMS “podcast. Nancy is a consultant for volunteer and rural nonprofit agencies and Managing Partner at MEDIC Training Solutions LLC. Her published work also includes content in the most recent version of Dr. Bledsoe’s current textbook” Paramedic Care-Principles and Practices.”
