ATTENDEE REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY: As a registrant you may process a refund through May 1, 2020. There is a $75.00 service charge. On and after May 2, 2020 the ability to process a registration refund will no longer be available.
HOTEL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY: Cancelation and/or refund requests must be submitted in writing and received by May 1, 2020. There is a $75.00 service charge. There will be no reimbursments for the Hotel Reservations requested on or received after May 2, 2020. There will also be no reimbursements for “no shows”.
