Jill D’Abrosca, a Regional Emergency Coordinator for ASPR Region 1 since December 2021, brings over 30 years of experience in emergency response and healthcare. Her background spans COVID-19 vaccine logistics, municipal emergency management, hospital preparedness, and nearly three decades as a paramedic with South Kingstown EMS. She has served in various leadership roles, including Assistant Emergency Manager for Coventry, RI, and Safety Specialist at Kent Hospital. A seasoned federal responder with NDMS, Jill has deployed across the U.S. to hurricanes, terrorist attacks, earthquakes, and the COVID-19 pandemic. She holds a BS in computer information systems from Rhode Island College, is a certified instructor in CPR, ACLS, PALS, and Stop the Bleed, and completed FEMA’s Emergency Management Academy. Recent deployments include roles supporting the Presidential State of the Union Address, Hurricane Hilary operations, healthcare system assessments during Hurricanes Debby and Milton, and the 2025 Presidential Inauguration.
