REFUND/CANCELLATION  POLICY

ATTENDEE REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: If you’re registered for the expo, you can request a refund until August 20, 2025. Please note there is a $75.00 service charge for general expo cancellations and a $25.00 service charge for workshop cancellations. After August 20, 2025, refunds will no longer be available.

HOTEL POLICY: Cancellations made after September 1, 2025 are non-refundable. Our room block closes as of this date and by this time we are already committed to paying the venue for the room you reserved.

Cancellation requests must be done in writing and submitted to reservations@emspro.org
