The Division of Emergency Management and Homeland Security (DEMHS) provides a coordinated, integrated approach to statewide emergency management and homeland security. DEMHS supports state emergency response, strategic and operational all-hazards planning, community preparedness, exercises and training, and grants planning and program management.
