William is a 33-year veteran of the fire and emergency medical services. Throughout his career, he has served in volunteer, paid-on-call, and career agencies, holding every rank up to and including Fire Chief. Bill has been a Senior Staff Instructor with the New Hampshire Fire Academy and EMS since 2001. He currently serves as the Manager of Fire Department Operations and Emergency Preparedness for General Dynamics Electric Boat, overseeing operations in Connecticut and Rhode Island.
