Tim O’Connor is a 10 year Career Firefighter in a combination company in Delaware. He has been in the fire service for 20 years as a volunteer and has held various positions during that time up to and including Deputy Chief. Tim is Lead Instructor with Back to Basics Firefighter Training, an Instructor at the State Fire School and an Instructor with Task Force 1, INC. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University. Tim has written multiple articles published in Firehouse and Fire Engineering Magazine and has taught at various conferences around the Country including FDIC, FH Expo, Virginia Fire Rescue Conference, Metro Atlanta Fire Conference as well as local conferences in PA, VA, MD and Ohio.
