Thomas Stackpole is a veteran law enforcement supervisor and certified tactical instructor with more than 15 years of experience specializing in active-shooter preparedness, response, and training. As the Connecticut State Police Active Shooter Training Coordinator, he develops and delivers advanced programs for sworn personnel, schools, and community partners, drawing on extensive operational experience in patrol, investigations, and nearly a decade with the Emergency Services Unit tactical team.
