Frances (Frannie) Bui, PE, PMP is the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) National Hurricane Program (NHP) Manager. The NHP is an interagency partnership between USACE, FEMA, and the NOAA National Hurricane Center and provides tools, training, and technical assistance to state, local, tribal, and territorial and federal government partners. Ms. Bui has more than 18 years of professional experience in water resources/coastal engineering and expertise in hazard mitigation, coastal storm risk management, and hurricane evacuation planning. Ms. Bui holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in civil engineering from Drexel University.
