David Sanko

David started in EMS in 1982 as an EMT with one of the local private ambulance services in Denver. David holds a BA in Psychology from Boston University and completed paramedic training with St. Anthony’s – Denver General Hospital. After Paramedic school David continued working in the Denver Metro region as a Nationally Registered paramedic and instructor for several private and public agencies, Flight for Life aeromedical service, volunteer Fire Fighter /Paramedic with Parker Fire Protection District, adjunct faculty for Front Range Community College EMS Department, primary instructor for Denver Health EMT-Basic and Paramedic School, and most recently with Centura Health –Prehospital Services Department as the EMS Coordinator of Education and Training. Additionally, David was a co-founder/ owner of Pridemark Paramedic Services in Arvada, CO until it was sold in 2010. David has been active in teaching at the ALS and BLS levels for over 39 years and he currently resides in Parker, Colorado.
