The Council of Regional Presidents (CORP) is a nonstock, nonprofit corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Connecticut. Established under the provisions of Connecticut General Statutes Chapter 602, CORP advises the Commissioner of the Department of Public Health on matters related to emergency medical services delivery throughout Connecticut’s five EMS regions. CORP also advocates on behalf of EMS providers across the state and provides these services at no cost.
