The Council of Regional Presidents, or CORP, is a corporation under the provisions of Connecticut General Statutes Chapter 602 and is incorporated under the laws of the State of Connecticut as a nonstock, nonprofit corporation. The purpose of CORP is to advise the Commissioner of the Department of Public Health on matters concerning emergency medical services delivery in Connecticut from the five regional levels. The CORP also advocates on behalf of providers from each region of the State of Connecticut. No fees are charged for the delivery of these services.
