Support EMS & FIRE PRO Expo

Every day, first responders answer the call without hesitation — EMS professionals, firefighters, paramedics, dispatchers, and emergency managers who train relentlessly so they can show up for our communities on the worst day of someone’s life. EMS & FIRE PRO Expo exists to make sure they have the education, resources, and connections they need to do that job well and come home safe.

Your donation directly supports our mission: providing training, continuing education, and networking opportunities that strengthen the emergency response community across the country.

EMS & FIRE PRO Expo is a registered 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 82-1776673). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

How Your Donation Helps

  • Training Scholarships Covering registration costs for first responders and volunteer departments who could not otherwise afford to attend.

  • Specialized Summits Supporting focused programs such as the Pediatric Symposium and the Weathering the Storm emergency preparedness summit.

Our Sponsors: Partners in the Mission

We’re grateful to the organizations whose sponsorship sustains this work year-round: Yale New Haven Health, Hartford HealthCare Emergency Medical Services Network, Trinity Health of New England, Northwell Health, and Eastford Fire & Rescue Sales, among others.

Sponsor support allows us to keep registration accessible, expand educational offerings, and connect first responders with the training and tools they need — whether they come from a small-town volunteer department or a major metro EMS system. Sponsors and individual donors work side by side toward the same goal: a stronger, better-trained emergency response community.
