Courtney Hull is the Associate Dean of Fire/EMS Training at Waukesha County Technical College and the founder of Plugged In, LLC, where she focuses on leadership, communication, and connection in high-stakes environments. A former career firefighter/AEMT, Courtney transitioned to full-time Fire/EMS education in 2010 and holds a master's degree in Training and Development. Known for her engaging, relationship-driven teaching style, she is passionate about building inclusive learning environments and developing resilient, high-performing teams. Courtney brings a strategic, people-first approach to every classroom, firehouse, and boardroom she enters, helping others learn, grow, and lead with purpose. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, photography, trying new foods, and cheering on her son at sporting events.
