At EMS & FIRE PRO Expo, our mission is to unite the emergency services community, EMS personnel, firefighters, paramedics, dispatchers, emergency managers, and law enforcement, under one roof to learn, connect, and grow. We believe that better-trained first responders lead to safer, stronger communities, and we’ve built our conference around that belief.

What Drives Us

We exist to give First Responders access to the education, resources, and connections they need to excel in an ever-evolving field. Emergency response doesn’t stand still, and neither do we. Every year, we bring together expert-led sessions, hands-on training, and the latest technology and equipment shaping the future of emergency services, all in one accessible, high-energy environment.

Our commitment centers on three core pillars:

• Education — Delivering 100+ CAPCE-accredited sessions across multiple tracks, so attendees can earn continuing education units while learning directly from experienced instructors and industry leaders.
• Innovation — Showcasing the equipment, technology, and services transforming how emergency services operate, from advanced protective gear to next-generation monitoring and dispatch tools.
• Connection — Creating space for meaningful networking between attendees, exhibitors, and educators, so relationships built at the Expo translate into stronger partnerships back home.

Who We Serve

What began as the CT EMS Expo has grown into one of the fastest-growing EMS and Fire conferences in the country, welcoming attendees from all 50 states and international participants from places like Puerto Rico, Israel, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Whether you’re an EMR, EMT, AEMT, paramedic, firefighter, dispatcher, emergency manager, or law enforcement officer, our mission is to make sure you leave better equipped than when you arrived.

Our Commitment to the Field

We know the demands placed on emergency services professionals are constant and often invisible to the communities they protect. That’s why we’re committed to making continuing education accessible, relevant, and genuinely useful, not just a box to check. As an Organizational Provider accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Prehospital Continuing Education (CAPCE), we ensure our sessions meet the standards recognized by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) toward recertification.
