Rich is the Multi-Agency Public Safety Program Coordinator responsible for the inter-agency state level training programs for Active Shooter / Hostile Event Response and Fire Investigation (ASHER). Working in coordination with state law enforcement agencies and other key stakeholders to implement ASHER training throughout the Commonwealth. He holds a Bachelor of Science in EMS Management from Springfield College and is certified as a Nationally Registered Paramedic. He is a full-time Deputy Fire Chief for the West Springfield Fire Department. Rich brings over 24-years of experience in EMS, training and education throughout Massachusetts.
