I am Brian Merry, M.Ed., B.S., A.A.S., NRP, a 19-year veteran of the fire and EMS service, working clinically for 15 years prior to becoming an EMS educator. Having taught hundreds of students, I set out to better learn how to help students how to better learn their craft. I believe that student success does not come solely from test scores and pass percentages, but from the fact that when a student leaves a program, they can and will confidently and competently respond to customers on what is often their worst day and offer the industry’s best care.
