My name is Brad Kwatcher and I am the Program Coordinator for the Rapid Intervention and Survival Skills Program at the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy. I am also a Captain/Paramedic with the Bellingham (MA) Fire Department. I have in been in the fire service for coming up on 19 years and been with the fire academy on 10 years (3 years as coordinator). I am currently one of the training coordinators at the Bellingham Fire Department focusing on monthly and mandatory training. I am a certified Pro-Board Fire Instructor 3, ACLS, PALS, and CPR instructor. I am in charge of approximately 100 plus instructors in my program and have been in involved with multiple program developments for Rapid Intervention. I also help teach with the New England FOOLS.
