Joshua Beaulieu MBA, LP, CEMSO has been a licensed paramedic since 1996. He is currently a Battalion Chief and EMS officer for Manchester Fire-Rescue-EMS in Connecticut where he is responsible for paramedic and first responder service delivery and EMS planning for special events and low frequency critical incidents. Over the last decade Josh has been actively involved in community planning and outreach around EMS-related topics such as community services coordination, public bleeding control programs and public safety training for hybrid targeted violence / active shooter incidents. Josh is also a co-founder of B2 Products llc in Tolland, CT and is an inventor named on multiple patents for some of the unique patient handling equipment his company has developed. Josh is an active contributor to several EMS and fire service committees and professional organizations. He was the recipient of the Connecticut Association of Schools 2019 “Distinguished Friend of Education” award, as well as the 2019 CT EMS Awards “Public Health Commissioners Award”. He is a regular presenter on safety and preparedness topics for a variety of audiences.
