Hotel Fees

The Hotel Reservation process is now incorporated into the Attendee and Exhibitor Registration process. This means you need to register to be an Attendee or an Exhibitor before you can make a room reservation.

EMS PRO makes every effort to keep our hotel room rates for the Expo as low as possible. When anyone reserves a room from the EMS PRO room block with the official EMS PRO hotel, he or she is helping not only the 2021 EMS PRO Expo, but is also helping keep our rates down for future Expos.

EMS PRO has a contractual agreement with Foxwoods and can guarantee an actual reservation. Any rooms booked outside the EMS PRO official room block are the full responsibility of the party booking and neither EMS PRO nor Foxwoods will be able to assist in any changes, charges or refunds as a result.

Rooms are randomly assigned by Foxwoods.
