The CTCISM Team mission is to support Emergency Responders through training and education that creates awareness of stress by teaching the skills to manage stress, increases resiliency, and enhances physical and mental well-being in order to create a healthier, happier lives for the emergency responders and their families, departments and communities, have experience in the same area of emergency response as participants. We are also using Peer support as a key to success.
