DATES: Thursday, Friday & Saturday Mornings With Roxanne Sundahl
TIME: 6:30 – 7:30 am
DESCRIPTION: Come and start your day with a gentle yoga class suitable for everybody. The class will begin with Meditation, breathing and gentle movements with modifications and end in savasana, whether that be on your mat or on a chair. You will feel relaxed and more focused as you begin your day. I look forward to meeting you and sharing this time together in a peaceful, welcoming setting. Mats will be needed for anyone attending the classes. Bare feet and comfortable clothing is suitable.
